These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, located at 2847 Mabini Street, Suite 5A, Makati, Metro Manila, 1200, Philippines. TalaScript Studios offers various arts education and creative workshops, including calligraphy courses, hand lettering workshops, brush pen techniques, custom lettering design, and corporate team-building art sessions.

• Registration and Payment:

  All course and workshop registrations require full payment in advance to secure a slot. Payment methods will be specified at the time of registration.

• Cancellations and Refunds:

  Cancellation policies for courses and workshops will be clearly stated at the point of booking and are subject to the specific nature of the offering. Generally, full refunds for workshop cancellations are provided if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the schedule. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event or for no-shows. For custom lettering design and corporate sessions, specific terms will be outlined in individual agreements.

• Changes to Schedule:

  TalaScript Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or courses due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another suitable date or course.

3. User Conduct

By using our online platform and participating in our services, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service or its data.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of our website or services.

• Use our site for any purposes unrelated to the services provided by TalaScript Studios.
